These terms govern your use of CloudCompass.eu, the cloud sovereignty self-assessment service operated by Gravitek SASU.

Purpose

These terms set out the conditions under which you may use CloudCompass.eu. By creating an account or completing an assessment, you accept these terms.

Service description

CloudCompass.eu is a self-assessment tool based on the EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework v1.2.x. It produces an indicative SEAL level and Sovereignty Score. Results are guidance, not a certification or audit.

Account and registration

You create an account with a valid email address and a password. Email verification is required before key actions. A single user may belong to multiple organizations.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes or in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not extract data through automated mass scraping.
  • Do not impersonate another organization or user.

Data ownership

Your organization remains the owner of its assessment data. Gravitek hosts and processes that data only to provide the service, in accordance with the privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Gravitek's liability is limited to direct, proven damages. Planned downtime is communicated in advance whenever possible.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Gravitek may suspend or terminate access in case of abusive use, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

Updates to these terms

Substantial changes are communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
